Jul 28, 2015 · I still don't understand where you want to use your eeproms. So anything that is not actually an eeprom may fail to emulate the eeprom close enough. So unless you tell us where you want to use the chips, we'll have to make suggestions that emulate the eeprom really really closely. With an SRAM, you can emulate an 27c256 pretty close.
